Fucking Exam Period !!!

Yeah Yeah Yeah…I know I’ve been missing for awhile. My bloody exams la…wat else… I hated it…I really hated it big time. I’m really dragging myself to complete this might-be-might-not-be last semester. Ok, here’s the deal; the degree needs a minimum of 10 credits out of 12 (in another word, you can actually fail 2 subjects) for them to issue you a BASIC degree without any honors…I’d 9 now…with remaining 3 subjects which I’m taking now. And I’ve decided to totally ignore and give-up on 1 of the paper. The good news, as stated in the regulations book, student finishing the last semester can opt to “give-up” the subjects as long as they fulfill the minimum of 10 credits criteria. But the bad news is the subject I wanna give up is in the “further unit” category. So, I dunno whether they will allow me to graduate eventhou I fulfill the credits thingy but fail the further unit. Ha-ha…confusing isn’t it ? Haiz…no matter wat, I’m on my way. Btw, my grades are those on borderline…so it doesn’t matter to me whether to have an honor category or not !! Anyway, just had my 1st paper this morning and today is into the 7th day of my leave. Seven days more to go before I’m back to the real world…although not highly anticipated but still better than my current world.
I’ve been isolating myself from lots of things too…no outing, no socializing, no clubbing, no drinking, no shopping…strictly just NTUC-home-kopitiam-home-exam hall-home. I’m like those pugilists where they’ll hide in the mountain to obtain a greater power…OK…wait for me, wait for me…WORLD !!

Super Duper Sian...

Can you believe it, I actually spend the whole weekend staying at home. Really, I din go out at all except to buy my b/f, lunch & dinner. This revision is really killing me…I dun know how long more I can take it. And this is only the beginning. Well, I’m official off for my 2 weeks leave starting this coming Thursday.

That fateful day...

Haiz…let me recalled what happened the other day where I kept on cursing and swearing; 1st of all, there’re so many trade issues happening in the morning and I’d to rush like hell to solve and “entertain” those bloody issues. 2ndly, my running nose and cough gets nastier. I keep on coughing in the office. 3rdly, I bite my lips and left a mark. Then, Miss Right msg’ed me to ask whether I transferred the May’s rent. What the fuck…I checked my online account and seriously, I really really miss-out the transfer !! I cannot believe it…how could I ? Walau…I’m like suddenly lost $460 ‘coz I thought I already transferred it late last month. After spending few hours figuring out why I can miss it out; I came to conclusion, must be I’m at KL during end last month. Haiz…anyway, so, can imagine how piss off I am. Lastly, the bloody pimples just dun want to get away and want to stay with me…And oh yeah, I stayed till very late on that fucking day too…’coz Bran’s on leave...

What have I done ?

Fucking bloody Monday. Today is really a super duper suay black unlucky forgettable Monday that I just wanna quickly get over it. My mind is now not even calm enough to jot it down…Will come back some other day when I feel more stable….FUCK !

Revision Revision Revision

Yes, I still remember my revision. Not much, but some. Super sian Sunday nite…with revision, Bran will be on leave tomorrow & after the long weekend…only thing that made me happy was the cough syrup I just took. Yeah, went to see doctor this late morning; running nose and quite serious cough (I’m serious). It turned out that I dun really fully recovered the other week. Anyway, I can feel the effect coming into me NOW…

As mentioned the other day, we had Claudia’s pre Birthday celebration. Ok, fine, not really a celebration but more like an office outing. Supposedly to go somewhere near Carlton Hotel for dinner but in the end, changed our mind and instead we bought back foods to office pantry and had it there; the usual suspect; sushi party pack, salad, fruits, cake & wine.

We left office at 9pm and proceeded to The Loof; the rooftop bar at Odeon Towers; only the 6 of us. Well, what can I say about the Loof; something new to me…open-air and nice view. It’s quite crowded but heng, we made reservation. Suay suay, it started drizzling after our 2nd drinks and we had to all squeezed and cramped at the bar counter there. Luckily it’s not a heavy rain and it stopped after just awhile.

Anyway stayed around there till 12 after our 3rd drinks and we moved on to Father Flanagan’s at Chijmes. Had some bitching session again and another round of drinks. Ha-ha…the environment here is very country feeling; yeap, I know, it’s Irish Pub, what do you expect ?
The 2nd Stop:

Left the place at 1 plus. Linus, Mich & Claudia went home from there. I and Shankar moved on New Asia Bar. Yeah…you heard me right…can you believe it !!?? Me…club hopping…at this age...after all these years…Anyway, he told me he knows the bouncer and can bring us in…fuck him la..yeah, he knows him…that kind of hi-hello kind of know…and that’s about it. But the bouncer seems friendly though. So, after paying our $22, we went up and ordered our 1st drinks there. Yes, I danced again…hahaha. Surprisingly, the bloody Shankar really quite “well-known” there…the best part, he also known the DJ who was spinning there. 2nd drink and we left at 3am.

And finally, and I’m serious, we walked back to Chijmes and went in to Insomnia. There’s a live band there and bloody hell, filled with SPG wannabes. And the crowds were mostly angmohs. Din order any drinks ‘coz by that time, I’m a bit gone liao. Left at 3plus4 and that’s it – went home with a spinning head. Early early in the morning, rec'd some fucking demoralizing mail and there goes my day. Haiz...something to do with work and how the management dun know to write a more tactful mail to send out his message. Anyway...forget about it...though it made me not in the mood to talk the whole bloody day. Fine...just look forward to tomorrow's outing. Dinner at Carlton and then will proceed to The Loof...yes, the rooftop chill-out place.

I'm on leave today...

Today was quite a fulfilling day. Let me list out all the things that I’ve done:

1. I managed to buy some reference books; finally.
2. I met Susan & Cindy for lunch at TJ; free lunch.
3. I took a nap; short but shiok.
4. I cleared and filed all my settled bills.
5. I washed all my remaining laundry and even cleaned the laundry bag.
6. I re-arranged my cabinet to put all my alcohol.
7. I whipped out a decent but healthy dinner; broc + mush + capsi.
8. I mopped and cleaned my room.
9. I did some housekeeping to my PC.
10. And of course, the biggest achievement, I started my revision; as in really serious studying.

Liquor Collection

Just came back from Mission Impossible 3 with PT. I find it lesser action and more human drama leh…I think I still prefer the 2nd. Got the Jack Daniel from her too which I asked Shirley to buy. Hmmm…what’s next…since Sharon is going Sydney end of May. Yeah...you see, I told you all, that woman will travel almost every month. Talking about that, I still have the Raspberry Vodka with her. Haiz…Sunday night, had done all the houseworks except the ironing. Damn sian…luckily it’ll be a short week coming soon and I think I wanna clear 1 day leave on Tuesday.
There’ll be an office outing this coming Thursday for Claudia pre-birthday celebration.

WineBar-Zouk-Phuture-VelvetUnderground

Last night, hmmm, what have I done…? Let me think, oh yeah, ok, I went to Zouk till wee wee hours in the morning…just like any other teenagers. At first, everybody seems not in the mood to go liao…with this having dinner appointment and will come at 10plus, that will settle something and will come even later and then some no news since the last mail…And it doesn’t help when someone called and said that it’s damn bloody crowded there. So, in order to kill some time, I jio Fongy out for a last minute dinner since she’s the only one available at that kind of late hours…(ha-ha, sorry Fongy). So, met her at Tanjong Pagar. While waiting for her, this analyst from my office called and badly need to talk about some personal stuff and he said will come and meet me at TP. OK…fine, waited for him and we talked for awhile. That guy already halfway gone where he just came directly from Paulaner. But still bought 2 bottles of beer from the nearby 7-11. Anyway, had dinner at this Checker’s place opposite Temasek Tower. Wilson joined us later on and we went Zouk with complimentary by Fongy-can-claim-cab. Indeed, outside Zouk and Velvet were like super crowded with long queues forming up everywhere. Ray called and said the son is sick and can’t come liao. Wendy & Eddie still waiting for cab somewhere at Suntec. So, we joined the queue to go into Velvet together with Edna & Nelson. I cannot believe it…nowadays, more people are willing to pay compares to last time because the Velvet’s queue is longer…but at least it’s moving. But, actually when we’re inside at 11, it’s not as crowded as it seems. Still got so much space…everywhere. Find our spot and haiz…so, the 4 of us…cheong and cheong and cheong…at Zouk with Paul playing at the plastic box. 1 tray of sex on the beach, 2 jugs of vodka ribenna, 1 jug of bourbon and 2 bottles of dunno what E something were enough to make us “happy” for the night liao. We played the 5-10 game and realized nobody around were playing that game anymore. You mean, now the trend is such game is a no-no in pubs ?? Huh, Karen ?? Btw, Wendy & Eddie went back home because they think the queue is way too long. But it’s true, by 12plus, the place was blooooody fucking crowded. Anyway, dance a little bit…wow, can’t really remember when is the last time I dance ? Of course the one in my own room is not consider…Went back to Velvet at 2 and stayed there till 2plus3 before calling it a day. Then, went for supper at Punggol Nasi lemak there…din take the nasi lemak but some other things instead. Reached home at 4…and now here I’m…reporting the whole outing…Anyway, here’re some picture that we took…

The Colourful Life of my cousin...

Friday is here again. A good night sleep really makes a difference. I left early yesternite and rested and slept at 9plus. So, now, here I’m, feeling recharged and in high-mood.

OK...I dun know why, but we’ll have free lunch later at Summer House at Pan Pacific. It's buffet style. I heard to celebrate Children’s Day...ha-ha...its holiday in Korea & HongKong.

On another note, my bloody-always-jealous-of-her-my-whole-life cousin just MSN me and ask me to guess where she is now !!? As expected, either she’ll tell me she’s roaming in Zurich for work or holidaying in Rome or sun-tanning at Athens...So, this time, she’s at Bangkok covering the MTV Asia Awards. She’s fetching all the stars from airport-event venue-hotel. And btw, she’s staying at the same hotel as them; Hoobastank, Kelly Rowland, KORN, Wang Lee-Hom, Jolin Tsai, Daniel Powter, Simon Webbe, Lee Ryan, Maggie Q, Twins, Vanesse Wu, etc. Fuck... told me how the fans scream and yell and push and scratch and eventually, cry when she’s coming out from the van with Vanesse. All the extreme things the fans will do and ask for...like can they see Vanesse’s luggage ?! What so great about Vanesse ?? But so funny, my cousin kena pushed until she fell down while “protecting” the stars with a line of bodyguards...She’s so skinny and she got to fill in to form the barricade. Ha-ha-ha...Wang Lee-Hom also another one with lots of screaming fans. My cousin have to be there too while they’re rehearsing. Some of them are quite friendly. Maybe I should ask her to get Maggie Q’s picture with autograph. She told me she was at the airport now waiting for Taiwanese-Ah Lian-Jolin Tsai to arrive. Taufik will be few minutes later...but I guess he’ll be ignored. Sad. Haiz...let’s see whether can catch my cousin tomorrow during MTV live at channel 20. So, again, I’m so jealous of what she’s goin thru right now...but...it’s ok...maybe I dun really want to be in her position now as she said, it’s madness and super luan situation there with fans EVERYWHERE and they seems to know the star’s schedule.

Anyway, tonite there’ll be a TUG outing. Will be going to Zouk via Velvet Underground. I heard, Paul Oakenfold will be the guest DJ plus, as pre-warning by Edna, it’ll be a hardcore drinking session...yeah, this came from the women who just gave birth less than 2months ago...but I can still feel the Corona from my last week vomit leh...How !!!!???
